Piloting innovations to spur business growth
More than ever, Rent-to-Own's (RtO) team is recognizing the potential of entrepreneurs to foster business - and widespread economic - growth in rural Zambia.
With a proven model for micro-asset leasing supporting an increasing number of high-potential business owners, RtO is now aiming to test new initiatives to catalyze the success of even more entrepreneurs. We know that these driven, committed individuals make up a large percentage of Zambia's rural communities, however without the necessary business resources, these entrepreneurs are unable to realize their potential.
This is why RtO is creating a new team to trial new products and approaches for supporting Zambia's growing network of entrepreneurs. We are calling it our 'Innovation Team'.
This new initative will begin by testing simple business models around solar technology and micro-irrigation pumps which can be executed by almost any driven and hard-working entrepreneur. The idea is to enable the impementation of high-potential businesses - removing the barriers to entry which exist for many rural businessmen and women.
Now RtO is seeking passionate individuals to support our Innovation Team to unleash this latest initiative for increasing entrepreneurship and business growth in Zambia.
We are seeking talented, committed and creative volunteers to join or lead the Innovation Team. This is an exceptional opportunity to apply your analytical business skills to implement a one-of-a-kind initiative that has the potential to be truly high impact. At the same time, we are also looking for the support of our generous network of donors to best financially support the activities of the Innovation Team.
Join the team now.
RtO's latest initiative seeks to support our increasing network of entrepreneurs with simple, easily-executed businesses fostering lasting growth. It's just one of the many ways that we are working to ensure Zambia's business owners can have a productive future.
